I was thinking today about my present & past exercise & weight loss.


This is me when I was dating Chad about 10 years ago 
My ideal weight 120



When I began losing my excess weight (from babies) it was in the beginning of 2010.

This is me at about my heaviest (40 lbs +)


 I counted calories & mainly did cardio workout for awhile 
nothing major or intense.
In the last few months I increased my exercise regiment & started lifting weights as well 
With all this said in the total of five months 
(January-May 2010) 
I lost a total of 25 lbs 
Roughly 5 lbs a month. 
 I was happy with my achievement & I started to feel good about myself again..

This was June 2010 
after 25 lbs lost


Then I got pregnant in the fall of 2010. 
Didn't gain much first trimester way too sick to eat..

This was a photo taken at 14 weeks 


Happy to say I didn't gain any more than recommended during my pregnancy with Zoey 
but that still left about 30 lbs to lose. 
The first 20 lbs left pretty quick..
But its those last stubborn 10 lbs..
In January 2012 I decided to lose atleast 10 lbs since I had a goal to acheive. 
I had decided to do boudoir photos & wanted to be close to my weight before Zoey

I started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
Must say from doing nothing exercise related for so long it was brutal to begin with !!
After the first round of 30 days 
I had lost around 9 lbs and a few inches


I have started a second round. 
Heavier weights 

But to get to the point I decided if it took 5 months & I lost 25
Then realistically in the next three months I could lose 15 lbs 
MY goal is 5 lbs a month  
I will be at a weight I have desired for awhile

Which means beginning this next month (March 2012)
I am cutting back, working harder & being stricter
With my eating habits and sleeping patterns.
I am watching what I eat, counting calories & drinking lots of  H20 






SO here's to May 2012 
15 lbs less 
Feeling good about myself & being fit
